General Info

All orders are processed from our Boston storefront, as the goods you find online are the same items found in our shop. Orders are fulfilled within 1-2 business days of purchase, though federal holidays may delay delivery by an additional business day. Once items leave our stores, we do not have control over carrier delays or unforeseen weather events that may result in late delivery.


If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us directly at hello@decemberthieves.com. Any address changes made through the shipping provider are outside our control, and we cannot be held responsible for lost packages resulting from those changes.


For local customers we also offer a free in-store pickup option where you can pick up your items on the same day or next day and say hello to our team! By choosing in-store pickup, you help us conserve shipping materials, energy, and transportation resources, which the world and we greatly appreciate!

Shipping Rates

  • Orders totaling over $175 qualify for free shipping, excluding fragile and oversized surcharges as they apply.

    · $50 Rush/Overnight Shipping
    * Fragile and oversized items incur a shipping surcharge of $5 and $20 per item respectively to allow for protective packaging and safe delivery.

    * Fragile and oversized items incur a shipping surcharge of $8 and $22 per item respectively to allow for protective packaging and safe delivery.

    December Thieves is not responsible for extra taxes and fees that may apply once the package arrives in the destination country. Unfortunately, we cannot foresee additional duties charges or customs delays. Fragile items are shipped internationally at our discretion and an order may be canceled if we feel shipping is not feasible.
    Orders shipping to Canada are shipped using USPS Priority International. Orders shipping elsewhere will currently be shipped via UPS. If you are outside of the offered countries and wish to place an order, please contact hello@decemberthieves.com with your desired items and we will send you a quote.


  • We ask that local pickup orders must be retrieved within 5 days of the purchase date. If you're unable to make it by within 5 days, please reach out to let us know so we can keep your items safely stored and inform you of any changes to your return or exchange options.

    Items picked up in store must be returned within 48 hours of pick up to qualify for a full refund. Beyond 48 hours and for up to 12 subsequent days, items will be eligible for store credit only.
