For online orders: Returns must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery to qualify for a full refund. (It does not have to arrive to us within 7 days.) Store credit or exchange is offered when shipped beyond the 7 days and for up to 14 days after you receive your order.
For local pickup orders: Please note that items must be returned within 7 days of your purchase date to qualify for a full refund. If you picked up your order outside of this window, items will be eligible for store credit or exchange only for up to 14 days from the purchase date.
Sale items or items purchased with a promotional code are final sale and will not be eligible for return or exchange unless noted otherwise in promotion details.
Other items that are final sale include: Special orders, socks, tights, food products, fragrance, and any bath/body products.
