Online Orders We are happy to accept returns for eligible full price items when placed in the mail within 7 days of delivery. Store credit or exchange is offered when shipped beyond the 7 days and for up to 14 days after you receive your order.
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will provide you with further information (and mourn with you.) Please do not throw out the box and original packaging that the item was shipped in, as it is required for damage claims with shipping providers. Unfortunately claims cannot be handled outside of 3 days post delivery so please unpack your goodies right away!
Local Pickup Orders Store pickup orders must be returned within 48 hours of picking up your order in store to qualify for a refund. Beyond 48 hours and for up to 14 days from the original purchase date, items will be eligible for store credit only.
In Store Purchases Items purchased in our stores can be returned for store credit or exchange only within 14 days of purchase.
Gifted Items Receive a gift from our stores? If your gift did not include a packing slip, please write GIFT in lieu of an order number and fill out the form below. We will be in touch regarding return eligibility and further instruction based on the original purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition with no signs of wear and in the original packaging if applicable. Items worn out of the store are considered final sale. The following items are considered final sale and will not be eligible for return or exchange: Fragrance, bath/body, socks, tights, food Items, sale pieces, and items worn out of the store
