RETURNS

While we hope your items are everything you hoped for, we understand that sometimes things don't work out. You can start the return process below by filling out our online form, and we will get back to you within 24 hours with a return authorization and further instruction. Kindly note that we do not provide return labels at this time.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition with no signs of wear and in the original packaging if applicable. Personal and home fragrance, socks and tights, seasonal items, sale merchandise and special orders are considered final sale and are ineligible for store credit or exchange.


ONLINE ORDERS: We are happy to accept returns for eligible full price items when placed in the mail within 7 days of the date delivery. Store credit or exchange is offered when items are shipped beyond the 7 days and for up to 14 days.


IN STORE PURCHASES: Items purchased in our stores can be returned for store credit or exchange only within 14 days of purchase. 


LOCAL PICKUP:  Store pickup orders must be returned within 48 hours of picking up your order in store to qualify for a refund. Beyond 48 hours and for up to 14 days from the original purchase date, items will be eligible for store credit only.
