HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
We are hiring both part-time and full-time Sales Associates to work in our neighboring Beacon Hill stores. This position is for someone who enjoys being an integral part of a small, dynamic team that works hard and has fun while doing it! If you are task-driven but also appreciate creative spaces and enjoy helping people shop for unique pieces, this is the job for you. The ideal applicant would be an energetic, detail-oriented self-starter with excellent sales skills and a confident styling eye!
- 1-2 years of related work experience (in an independent, boutique setting a plus!)
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- High attention to detail
- Proactive attitude to see tasks through to completion with minimal oversight
- Available to work a minimum of 3 days per week, including at least one weekend day
- Positive, can-do attitude and a smile for everyone :)
- Flexible to take on different tasks to keep things moving- we're always on the go!
- Confidently work on the sales floor with customers
- Continual education on product knowledge in order to apply in a sales setting
- Uphold cleaning and sanitation standards of storefront
- Assist in receiving and preparing product shipments for sales floor and company website
- Fulfillment of online and in-store shipping orders
- Replenish stock of sold through products and maintain visual displays to fit brand aesthetic guidelines
- Continued organization and upkeep of back stock spaces and supplies
