For online sales: we accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER, PAYPAL and APPLE PAY.


IN-STORE PURCHASES


For brick and mortar sales: we accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, AND DISCOVER, along with cash payments and APPLE PAY. We are unable to accept personal checks. 


RETURN POLICY


We hope your purchase from December Thieves is everything you hoped for but we understand that sometimes things don't work out.  Please note that the return policy varies based on your physical location and whether it's an online vs in-store purchase.

For clients outside of Boston and the surrounding areas who order online, we will gladly accept items for a full refund within 7 days of you receiving your order. Store credit or exchange is offered up to 14 days after you receive your order- we have new product coming in daily so we know we can help you find something else you love!

For clients in Boston and the surrounding areas who order online, as you have the option to try on items in-store and benefit from our Thieves' eyes, your online purchases are not eligible for a full refund, rather a store credit or exchange within 14 days of purchase.  We have new product coming in daily so we know we can help you find something else you love!

GENERAL POLICES


All items must be in their original condition with tags attached and show no signs of wear.


We will do our best to make sure you leave happy but do reserve the right to refuse any return/exchange if the above conditions are not met.


If a specific pick up or shipping request puts delivery outside of the return/exchange window, the order is not eligible for return/exchange. 


All discounted items are final sale and may not be exchanged or returned for credit; this includes MARKDOWNS and items purchased with a WEB DISCOUNT CODE.


Items worn out of our brick and mortar locations are not eligible for return/exchange.


Socks, tights and food product are not eligible for return/exchange.


We are unable to offer price adjustments on prior purchases- sorry!



To initiate an exchange or return for online orders


To initiate an exchange or return, please email us with your name and order number. We will get back to you as soon as possible with a return authorization number and instructions.


If you are able to return your items in-store please let us know as all online order returns must be processed by management and we don't want to complicate your day!


All shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.We recommend tracking and insuring your return shipment in case of loss or damage.


IF YOU RECEIVE A DAMAGED ITEM


We pack all shipments with love but unfortunately at times, items can be damaged in transit. 


If an item arrives damaged please email us with your order number and damage details within 3 days of delivery and we will provide you with further information (and mourn with you).


Please do not throw out the box and original packaging that the item was shipped in as it is required for damage claims with shipping providers.


Unfortunately, claims cannot be handled outside of 3 days post delivery so unpack your goodies right away!



SHIPPING AND HANDLING


All orders are packed with love and shipped from our 51 Charles St. storefront in Boston, MA via USPS or one of our shipping courier partners.   Requests for specific couriers, time in transit, and/or signature requirements must be made at the time of ordering. 


We do our best to get all orders out the door within 24- 48 business hours from time of purchase and we will let you know as soon as it's on it's way to you- any anticipated delays will be brought to your attention. 


Please allow 3-5 business days for your orders to arrive. Feel free to email us with any questions- we love hearing from you! 


Store pickup is available at our 51 Charles St. storefront during normal business hours unless otherwise noted.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERING


At this time we are unable to process international orders through our website- we are working on it and hope to be able to do so shortly.
