POSITION: SEASONAL RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE (PART-TIME)
We are seeking a seasonal sales associate to work in both of our Beacon Hill stores. This position is for someone who enjoys being an integral part of a small, dynamic team that works hard and has fun while doing it! If you are task driven but also love fashion and design, creative spaces and enjoy helping people shop for unique brands, this is the job for you. The ideal applicant would be an energetic self-starter with excellent sales skills and a bold styling eye. 
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 1+ years of related work experience (in an independent, boutique setting a plus!)
  • A "people person" who connects easily with others
  • Strong sales and customer service skills
  • Detail oriented; ability to multi-task and manage time
  • Available to work varied weekly shifts including weekends and peak shifts.
  • Positive, can-do attitude and a smile for everyone
  • Flexible and willing to take on different tasks to keep things moving- we're always on the go!
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Apparel, jewelry, and home decor sales
  • Packing and fulfillment of online and in store orders
  • Supporting management and sales staff as needed with tasks
  • Replenishing stock of sold products
  • Uphold cleaning and sanitation standards of storefront
