POSITION: RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE (PART/FULL TIME)
We are seeking an experienced sales associate to work in our Beacon Hill store. This position is for someone who enjoys being an integral part of a small, dynamic team that works hard and has fun while doing it! If you are task driven but also love fashion and design, creative spaces and enjoy helping people shop for unique brands, this is the job for you. The ideal applicant would be an energetic self-starter with excellent sales skills and a bold styling eye. 
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 2+ years of related work experience (in an independent, boutique setting a plus!)
  • A "people person" who connects easily with others
  • Strong sales and customer service skills
  • Detail oriented; ability to multi-task and manage time
  • Ability to work at least 3 days per week with 1 weekend day
  • Positive, can-do attitude and a smile for everyone
  • Flexible and willing to take on different tasks to keep things moving- we're always on the go!
  • Microsoft Office + Mac proficiency
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Apparel, jewelry, and home decor sales
  • In depth product knowledge and highlighting product stories through articulate customer communication
  • Curating relationships with customers
  • Packing and fulfillment of online and in store orders
  • Maintenance of online product listings
  • Uphold cleaning and sanitation standards of storefront
